Romancing the Stones Classical Music Festival 2026 presents a vibrant weekend of music, entertainment, community connectedness and celebration of the region’s musicians in the heart of Warwick, in its most significant sandstone buildings.

The five events are:
Friday Night – Medieval Share-a-Feast, a colourful night of feasting and merriment. Bring your own hamper or grazing platter to share with your friends and be entertained by minstrels, poets, harpist, ‘pyper’ and lords and ladies. Costume optional. Bookidings essential via trybooking.com
Saturday Morning – Toowoomba’s Ben Ellerby plays classical guitar, joined with local sopranos Janelle Berry and Cathi Brown, followed by Devonshire tea and more.
Saturday Afternoon – The spotlight turns to our region’s young musicians as they showcase their developing talents.
Saturday Evening – The Warwick Twin Cinema opens its doors for the Ron Howard film ‘Pavarotti’. Come and meet the superstar on the big screen.
Sunday Afternoon – Don’t miss the grand finale, Fabulous Classics followed by afternoon tea. The concert includes the Festival Orchestra, East Street Singers and regional soloists. Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Delibes to name a few – come and celebrate.
