CALLEMONDAH FARM CAMPING Callemondah is a 1500 acre Farm owned by Norm and Rhonda Betts located south of Warwick in Queensland. Callemondah is Aboriginal for “Many Hills” and the Farm is an Aussie Whites Sheep Stud Farm featuring also cattle, horses, pigs and chickens. Callemondah Bush Stay Camping area overlooks a picturesque waterhole and a creek with great stands of gum trees spaced throughout a park like setting. There are fire pits to cook your food with and to have a campfire, just ask for a load of firewood from Farmer Norm. We have toilets but no showers yet and we have new undercover shelters for everyone. The farm is a scenic mixture of wide open grazing fields and areas of native bushland which features native bird life and wildlife such as cockatoos, black cockatoos, galahs, crows, mapgies, kangaroos, wallabies, goannas and more. The Rosenthal creek meanders through Callemondah Farm which is very beautiful and makes for a lovely walk or to sit beside and create a painting.
