The shortest day of the year is celebrated at Summit Estate every year at the Winter Solstice Festival. Complete with bagpipes, a campfire, mulled wine, appetizers in the vineyard, a sit down meal pig on a spit, live music Sue Ray Et Al and burning of the Wickerman.
