Multi-award winner contemporary realist painter Scott McDougall exhibits a collection of post Covid paintings dealing with Northern NSW, from the Tweed to the tablelands contrasting the beauty found both in the man-made and natural environments.
From the artist Scott McDougall:
“It is an interesting artistic process solving problems presented by a new surrounding landscape. In the past I had focused on smaller details of the man-made city environment and suddenly, here, I was confronted with the huge expanse of rolling ranges, open plains, broiling clouds and rising mists.
In this exhibition I have included a series of paintings dealing with Northern NSW, from the Tweed to the tablelands and show a collection of works contrasting the beauty found both in the man-made and natural environments.”
