John Dee Warwick Rodeo Street Parade

Saturday 27 October 9:00am

Saddle up! The John Dee Warwick Rodeo Street Parade is returning on Saturday 27 October 2018.

Warwick’s CBD will come alive with vibrant colours and community spirit as floats inspired by this year’s theme, Rose and Rodeo, take to the streets for the spectacular.

Be early to grab a good viewing spot along the route, as hundreds of people are expected to line Palmerin St for the parade. The floats will travel down Palmerin St between Victoria and Fitzroy Streets.

An iconic Warwick event, the annual parade returned in 2017 after a short hiatus and is a long-standing tradition and popular highlight of the Warwick Rodeo and Gold Cup Campdraft.

Schools, businesses, sporting teams and community groups are encouraged to enter a float and be a part of the action! Float registrations close 19 October 2018.

Also proudly sponsored by Warwick Credit Union, there are $500 cash prizes up for grabs in the parade across four categories including Best in Theme, School Exhibit, Business and Commercial; Clubs sport or other organisation. $100 will be awarded for best Decorated Bike (children).
